At Herba, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@herbahealth.ca with your order ID and cancellation request.

However, due to our automated processing and shipping system, your order may ship before our customer service team has the opportunity to review your request.

  • Our Customer Service team will confirm via email within 24 hours whether your cancellation was successful.
  • If your order has already been shipped or packed by the carrier, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our Return Policy to process a return.

Important Note:
Please double-check your order details before placing it, as we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order is in motion.


Subscription Cancellation
For subscription orders, you can cancel at any time by visiting the subscription management page: Subscription Page
