Good value, good product.

I've discovered that taking Benfotiamine has helped me with my nerve health and circulation. What I like most about it is that it's easy to take. Unlike traditional B1 supplements, Benfotiamine is fat-soluble, which means it's more easily absorbed by the body. So far I haven't experienced any side effects, and it's now becoming an essential part of my daily supplement routine.What's even better is that it's cGMP manufactured, NPN registered, and Made In Canada. This gives me peace of mind when taking it. Each supplement contains 100mg of Benfotiamine, and with 120 capsules in each bottle, a daily intake of 2 tablets makes the supply last for 2 months.

Small white capsules, easy to swallow. The container comes about half full, which is environmentally wasteful. Third party tested which is nice. Uses magnesium steroid as a lubricant as one of the non-medical ingredients which I don't love. I like the dark brown container. The milligram should be written in larger font on the front. Gluten, soy, and egg-free. The bottle I recieved expires in 2027.
