    Great if you're not taking preworkout

    This is what's so helpful about preworkout, and I appreciate that it comes in this form if you're not someone who needs the energy boost. This works to repair your muscles faster and better, and although you do have to take quite a lot of the pills to get your daily dose, if you're already someone who takes a lot of vitamins, this is nothing.

    They are in gel caps and the size is not too big so they should dissolve in the tummy no issues, and no problem swallowing since they are not too large. I LOVE that these are from a Canadian Co. No after taste after swallowing that I noticed.

    Just to get it out of the way - 4 tablets comprises one serving so the 180 capsules really equates to only a 45 day supply. It does make it easier to swallow (4 smaller capsules compared to a 3g single capsule!)My personal experience is that when I take these capsules in the morning of the day of heavy physical activity, I don't feel as sore and fatigued the next day. It also (somewhat) gives me more energy during the actual physical activity itself. Combine that with its anti-oxidant properties and this makes for a compelling supplement to take when you are doing workouts, or other heavy physical activity. I am impressed, and will continue to take it when I have real workout ahead of me.
