I hightly recommend this pro biotic i was able to feel a difference after two weeks of taking this product.

Far too many years of prescription medications for my MD has taken its toll on my stomach. That is why I thought I would give this a try. It is a fact that I am not digesting my food properly and was hoping that this would help. After taking the whole bottle I find that it has seemed to help a bit. However, I do not know if it is worth the cost for such little improvement.With it being made in Canada I have no doubt that it is high standard. I use a fair amount of Canadian herbs, etc., and the quality is definitely there. This is just the same. It is not really working that well for me I think because of the damage already done. For me, adding a pill to my morning routine was so easy. It is not too large and very easy to swallow. Maybe if I continue after a few months it may improve, but for me at this price I do not think it is worth it.

I occasionally struggle with digestive issues, mostly due to a medication that I am on.Taking this before bed helps greatly - all of my symptoms are better and there are no side effects at all.

Let me just say that both my husband and I absolutely love this product and now cannot go without it!We are using this product since it came. We've both noticed that we no longer get stomach aches (we had them pretty frequently before), we're less likely to feel bloated, and our washroom visits are super regular now.A little harsh on the wallet but Anyway, I highly recommend this product!!

It's a good brand. Got these for my husband as he has a lot of GI issues, he says the capsules are a little big but it's easy enough to swallow, there is no real flavour to them. He said since taking them he is experiencing less stomach upset which normally happens after every meal. That speaks for itself, we will be looking into getting another couple bottles.
