I've taken this supplement a long time ago, and I thought I'd give it another shot.It causes me anxiety at the full dose (four capsules is too much so I take one a day). this can be intense if it's taken with stimulants or other certain medications. I have ADHD and treatment for this can be quite expensive without prescription drug coverage. I've managed to stop taking prescribed stimulants after informing my doctor, and I've switched to this completely. It causes agitation at higher doses, and seems to take time to build up to optimal levels (about a week).Pros-It's great for libido and improves confidence of my body-It helps me gain muscle mass from doing simple daily routines-It boosts my energy and helps me concentrateCons-It gives me anxiety when I take too much or with coffee-It lowers my quality of sleep if taken too late in the day-It can make my heart raceIf you plan on using this supplement and have conditions or take medication daily, you should talk to your physician before use. It's excellent if taken properly and as directed (or at a lower dosage than directed). I'll continue taking it once daily an hour or two after having caffeine. If you experience negative side effects, try to take less or stop taking it altogether.
